I recently stayed at Grupotel in Playa de Muro for a week-long vacation. The apartment was clean and spacious with comfortable beds and lots of wardrobes. The buffet breakfast and dinner had a wide variety of options, although the quality of food wasn't always the best. However, the fresh fruits were a standout. The hotel had a great locker room for bikes in the underground area, and the staff at the reception were helpful and friendly. The hotel's location was perfect, as it was very close to the beach and served as a great starting point for bike trips.

The room met every demand, it was fairly quiet with comfortable beds and a huge balcony accommodating a table. The breakfast was delicious and tasty, had a such wonderful stay on family all-inclusive holidays.

the hotel was comfortable and incredibly friendly and i enjoyed the streets of playa de muro. the breakfast was savoury, they serve tasty food. the service here was very good. venue's restaurant was lovely and the pool area was nice. comfortable and unbeatable location in the perfect area and it was a bonus to be close to a bus station. café dallas located 1 km away was a nice surprise.

Nice hotel, excellent staff in the dinning services and cleaning-maintenance, everything was perfect. Marvellous and absolutely perfect location of the property, so close to all bars, restaurants and beach, and the west coast especially Port Soller. For tea or coffee visit Dallas nearby. Delicious and tasty breakfasts with several options.

We stayed at Grupotel Alcudia for a week and had a wonderful time. The hotel's location, just 150m from the beach and surrounded by shops and restaurants, was perfect for our vacation. The area was well-suited for tourism, and there was even a public bus stop nearby for easy access to the historic center of Alcudia. We opted for the bed and breakfast option, which gave us the freedom to dine at various restaurants in the evening. The breakfast buffet at the hotel was excellent, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The staff at the reception was also very friendly and helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the stunning beach. I loved being able to spend my days lounging on the sun terrace and swimming in the outdoor pool. The hotel staff were extremely helpful and friendly, always making sure I had everything I needed. The room was spacious and well-equipped, with a comfortable bed and all the amenities I could ask for. The buffet breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place to anyone.

The hotel is a very short distance from a lovely beach. It isn't a very big hotel and for us that what a plus, more personal service and no loud animation until 11 or 12pm.

The apartments are not too big and the beds are very hard!

We had a great value for our money at this hotel, with immaculate rooms and a beautiful interior. The big balcony was perfect for relaxing. The staff were friendly and attentive, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of fresh fruits.

The location was great! The hotel was close to the beach and shops which was very convenient. the staff was friendly and accommodating. We also enjoyed the facilities provided by the hotel, namely the pool and spa.
